What is Weboc & PSW?
PSW
PSW stands for Pakistan Single Window which is a newly introduced trade system to facilitate parties which are involved in trade and transport to lodge standardized information and documents with a single entry point.
Through the system the concerned parties can fulfill all import, export, and transit-related regulatory requirements.
WeBoc
WeBoc stands for Web based one custom (WEBOC) and it is a computerized system of custom clearance and declaration.
It is an indigenously developed system, that provides end-to-end automated customs clearance of export and import goods.
How to Register in PSW and Weboc?
Below are the steps you will need to follow to register with PSW and Weboc.
PSW Registration Process
To start the PSW registration process, you will have to follow these steps:
- Visit PSW’s Website
- Click the “Subscribe” button.
- Provide your CNIC, SECP No., NTN, Mobile Phone No. and email for authentication
- Verify your contact number and email Address using One Time Password (OTP)
- Visit a NADRA e Sahulat franchise near you, for biometric verification
- Create your own ID/Password with the link sent to your email
PSW Enrollment as aTrader
- Visit PSW’s Website
- Click on the Registration option.
- Under the Bank’s Section click on Associate New Profile
- From the drop-down menu, select the bank
- Enter the IBAN, email (as saved in bank records), mobile number (as saved in bank records)
- To verify the entered information by click ‘Associating Banking Profile’
- Verify your mobile number and email address using an OTP (One Time Password)
- Click on “Verify OTP”
- Complete the profile association process
Weboc Registration Requirements
To access WeBOC, the online customs portal, the concerned person would have to register with the FBR (Federal Board of Revenue) first.
Documents Required for WeBoc Registration (Pvt. Ltd Company)
- Original CNIC of Directors and Nadra Verification
- National Income Tax Certificate.
- Sales Tax Registration and Company Incorporation certificate
- Form 21, Form A, Form 29 and in case of Companies Act 2017 (Form-II).
- Original Memorandum and Articles of Association of the company
- Rent agreement/Business premises ownership documents
- CNIC Copy of the owner of business property
- Latest Income Tax Return and Active Taxpayer status verification of Income Tax (ATL List)
- Chamber Of Commerce certificate
- Active Taxpayer status verification of Sales Tax
- Business Premises original Electricity Bill and original PTCL Bill
- Original Undertaking by applicant on Stamp Paper (PKR 100)
- Bank statement of the applicant for the last six months
- Original Bank Statement indicative of minimum balance of PKR 300,000/-
- Original Bank maintenance certificate of the applicant
- Fee Deposit of Weboc in the name of director custom for Rs 500 (cash or bank draft)
- Original Boards Resolution for WEBOC registration
- Authorization letter of the principal director from the other Directors for Weboc registration on a Stamp Paper (PKR 100)
- Director’s business visiting card and passport size photographs
WeBoc Application form for Registration / User ID Issuance

- NTN Number
- STRN
- Business Name and Address
- Contact Person Name
- Contact Person CNIC
- Phone Number
- Fax Number and Cell Number
- Email id
- Bank Name and City
- Account Number and License Number
- Collectorate
- Warehouse
- Shipping Line Type
- Location in case of Terminal Operator
Weboc Registration Process
The Weboc Registration process is as follow:
- Application submission to Deputy/Assistant Collector
- Document submission
- Physical appearance with original CNIC
- Digital picture and thumb impression taken at the location
- Visitation of the Business premises (wherever required)
Acceptance/Rejection of Weboc application
If the application is accepted, the login ID is issued and a password is sent to the relevant email ID.
